Systems maintenance

Monthly maintenance

This service consists of a package made up of a specific number of hours each month, allowing you access to an IT-systems specialist.

Specifications of the service
  • The service consists of a minimum of 8 hours per month, which can be carried over if unused.
  • The hours may be used up on-site or off-site via remote access software (when possible).
  • On-site visits use up a minimum of 1½ hours’ travel time (for the Barcelona metropolitan area).
  • The price of a package of 8 hours is 280€ + IVA. You can order a package consisting of more hours if you wish (call us or send us an e-mail at info@argus.net).

One-time maintenance

This is the solution for you if you have only got occasional or sporadic problems: a specialist will come to you during office hours.

Specifications of the service
  • Minimum charge is one hour + travel time.
  • Price per hour: 50 € + VAT.

Systems repair

If our specialists cannot repair your equipment on site, we will take it to our workshop.

  • price* : 40€ / hour + VAT
